Handheld King uses account and contact details, delivery addresses, orders, invoices, warranty requests, payment references and support messages to operate the shop and fulfil purchases. Authorised staff can access the records needed for their work.

The shop’s hosting provider stores account, order and support records. Technical providers process the information needed for hosting, sign-in and security. Courier services receive the delivery information needed for your parcel. Contact the shop for questions about its current hosting arrangements.

Email codes are available when the shop connects and enables the service. When you request one, your email address and verification message are processed by Alibaba Cloud DirectMail and your email provider for delivery. These messages verify access to your email; they do not subscribe you to marketing. A sending confirmation does not guarantee inbox delivery.

SMS codes are available only when the shop has an enabled, configured service. Your phone number and requested code are sent through the selected provider, Alibaba Cloud SMS or SMSPoh, and the mobile delivery network. Email and SMS may be paused independently. Use an available sign-in method or ask staff for account recovery. Do not share verification codes, including with shop staff.

To add email sign-in to an existing phone account, sign in to that account and verify the email through its linking process. If you cannot sign in, ask staff to verify account ownership before recovery. An email entered in a profile does not automatically link accounts or transfer purchase history. Verification and security records support sign-in and abuse prevention.

Google sign-in is optional for customers and separate from email codes. When enabled and selected, it provides a Google account identifier, verified email and display name. We do not request your Google password or access to Gmail messages. It does not automatically merge an existing phone account. Staff use a separate protected sign-in and assigned permissions.

Qwen chat works only when the owner has connected and enabled it. Before starting customer chat, you choose whether to send your messages and public product/shop-policy context to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. The customer assistant’s supplied shop context excludes private customer records, supplier costs and payroll. Administration AI is a separate restricted service; authorised staff may send limited order, inventory or financial summaries for their permitted task.

The assistants use separate Singapore workspace endpoints. This does not guarantee that every processing or storage operation remains in Singapore; Alibaba Cloud’s service terms and configured deployment govern that handling. Usage and security records may be retained. Keep passwords, verification codes, identity documents and private payment details out of AI messages. You can use staff support instead.

Community posts, product reviews and photos you publish may be visible to other visitors. Share only content you have permission to publish, and remove personal details from photos. Payment evidence, delivery-package photos and courier slips submitted for an order are private order records, available to the relevant customer and authorised staff.

The shop uses local browser storage and cookies for essential features such as your cart, favourites, language preference, sign-in session and security checks. Clearing browser storage can remove saved preferences or sign you out. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, YouTube, payment apps or other providers take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Staff location sharing is visible and voluntary during a shift or delivery, using the foreground location feature and device permission. The management device area is a registry and authorised vendor links; it does not itself provide a connected Apple Find My, Google Find Hub or Mijia CCTV feed. Shop camera operation and access must be handled separately by the owner.

Shop records are retained for order service, accounts, security, warranty, disputes and applicable tax or legal obligations. Deletion is reviewed by staff; there is no automatic deletion promise for purchase or financial records. Contact the shop to request access, correction, account help or deletion. Staff will verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
